This is my approach to technical communication.
I am a recent graduate of Indiana University East, where I earned my B.A. in English with a concentration in Professional and Technical Writing. I also hold an Associate of Arts in Business from East Central Community College. My background in both writing and business gives me a well-rounded perspective on effective communication.
With years of experience in customer service, I understand real-world user needs and how to craft clear, accessible documentation. Growing up in a farm family instilled in me a strong work ethic, organization, and a deep appreciation for attention to detail—sometimes, precision isn’t just important; it’s essential.
Beyond writing, I love collecting houseplants (though not all have survived), baking and decorating intricate sugar cookies, and caring for my cats. I have experience creating documents for college coursework, local small businesses, and nonprofit organizations, and I’m eager to bring my skills to a company where I can make an impact.
